?How do I download the SOCIAL app?
The SOCIAL Offline app is available for free on both the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) and Google Play Store (for Android devices). Simply search for "Social Offline" or "SOCIAL" and look for our official app with the distinctive logo. Download it, and you're ready to start your SOCIALite journey!
?Do I need to create an account?
While you can browse outlets and menus without an account, we recommend creating one to unlock the full experience! With an account, you can place orders, book workspace passes and event tickets, track your loyalty points, save favorite items, and receive personalized offers. Sign up takes less than a minute using your email or social media accounts.
?Is the app free to use?
Yes! The SOCIAL app is completely free to download and use. You only pay for the services you book (food orders, workspace passes, event tickets) directly through the app. There are no hidden fees or subscription charges to use the app features.

Orders & Menu

?How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple! First, find your nearest SOCIAL outlet using the location finder. Browse the menu for that specific location, add items to your cart, customize any dishes as needed, and proceed to checkout. Choose between pickup or delivery (where available), select your payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive real-time updates on your order status through push notifications.
?Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! We want your meal exactly how you like it. When adding items to your cart, you'll see customization options where you can specify dietary preferences, spice levels, add-ons, or special instructions. If you have specific requirements not listed, use the special instructions box during checkout, and our kitchen team will do their best to accommodate you.
?What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), digital wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paytm, PhonePe), UPI payments, and net banking. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption to protect your information.
?Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, as long as the kitchen hasn't started preparing it. After this window, please contact the outlet directly or reach out to our support team at hello@impresario.tech. We'll do our best to help, though changes may not always be possible once preparation has begun.
?How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on your location and current order volume, but typically range from 30-45 minutes. You'll see an estimated delivery time when placing your order. The app provides real-time tracking so you can see exactly when your order will arrive. For the fastest service, we recommend pickup at your nearest outlet!

Workspace Booking

?How do workspace passes work?
SOCIAL offers co-working spaces at select outlets. Through the app, you can book hourly passes, day passes, or monthly memberships. Each pass gives you access to comfortable workspaces with high-speed WiFi, charging points, and a vibrant atmosphere. Simply select your outlet, choose your preferred date and time, and book your pass. You'll receive a QR code to show at the venue.
?What's included in a workspace pass?
Your workspace pass includes access to designated work areas, unlimited high-speed WiFi, power outlets at every seat, air conditioning, and use of common areas. Depending on the pass type, you may also get complimentary beverages (tea/coffee) and discounts on food orders. Monthly pass holders get additional benefits like meeting room access and priority seating.
?Can I cancel or reschedule my workspace booking?
Yes! You can cancel or reschedule your workspace booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before will receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. To make changes, go to "My Bookings" in the app and select the reservation you want to modify.

Events & Gigs

?How do I book event tickets?
Browse upcoming events in the "Events" section of the app. You'll find live music, comedy nights, art exhibitions, workshops, and more happening across all SOCIAL outlets. Select the event you want to attend, choose your ticket type (if multiple options), select the number of tickets, and proceed to payment. Your e-tickets will be instantly available in the app.
?How do I access my tickets?
All your tickets are stored digitally in the app under "My Tickets". Each ticket has a unique QR code that you'll show at the venue entrance. No need to print anything! We recommend downloading your tickets offline (available option in the app) in case of poor connectivity at the venue. You can also share tickets with friends directly through the app.
?What is the cancellation policy for events?
Event cancellation policies vary by event type. Generally, tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the event for a full refund (minus a small processing fee). Some special events may have different policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking. If an event is cancelled by SOCIAL, you'll receive a full refund automatically.
?Can I get notified about new events?
Yes! Enable push notifications in the app settings to receive alerts about upcoming events, especially those at your favorite outlets or matching your interests. You can also follow specific event categories (music, art, food, workshops) to get personalized notifications. We'll make sure you never miss out on the hottest happenings at SOCIAL!

Loyalty Program

?How do I earn loyalty points?
Earning points is automatic! You get points for every rupee spent on food orders, workspace bookings, and event tickets. You can also earn bonus points through special promotions, referring friends (share your unique referral code), completing challenges, checking in at outlets, and participating in app activities. The more you engage with SOCIAL, the more you earn!
?What can I do with my loyalty points?
Redeem your points for amazing rewards! Get discounts on orders, free food and beverages, complimentary workspace hours, priority event booking, exclusive merchandise, and special perks like birthday treats. Check the "Rewards" section in the app to see all available redemption options. Points never expire as long as your account remains active!
?Are there different loyalty tiers?
Yes! We have a tiered loyalty program with three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You advance through tiers based on your annual spending or points earned. Higher tiers unlock better rewards, multiplied point earning rates, exclusive event access, priority support, and surprise gifts. You can track your tier progress in the app's loyalty section.

Technical Support

?The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
First, try these quick fixes: Close and restart the app, check your internet connection, update to the latest app version (check your app store), or clear the app cache (in phone settings). If issues persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still having trouble? Contact us at hello@impresario.tech with details about the issue and your device type.
?I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter the email or phone number associated with your account. You'll receive a password reset link via email or OTP via SMS. Follow the instructions to create a new password. If you don't receive the reset link within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or try again. For further assistance, email us at hello@impresario.tech.
?How do I update my account information?
Go to "Profile" in the app menu. From there, you can update your name, email, phone number, delivery addresses, payment methods, and preferences. Remember to save changes before exiting. If you need to change your registered phone number or email, you may need to verify the new details through OTP for security purposes.
?How do I delete my account?
We're sad to see you go! To delete your account, go to "Profile" → "Settings" → "Account Management" → "Delete Account". You'll be asked to confirm this action. Note: Deleting your account is permanent and will erase all your data, loyalty points, order history, and saved information. If you have any active bookings or pending orders, please complete or cancel them before deletion. For assistance, contact hello@impresario.tech.
?Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely! We take your privacy and security seriously. All personal data is encrypted and stored securely. Payment information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and is never stored on our servers. We never share your data with third parties without your consent. Offers & Promotions

?How do I find current offers?
Check the "Offers" section in the app for all active promotions. You'll find offers for food orders, workspace bookings, events, and more. Offers are updated regularly, including happy hours, festival specials, and exclusive app-only deals. You can also enable notifications to get alerts when new offers become available at your favorite outlets.
?How do I apply a promo code?
When you're at the checkout page, you'll see a field labeled "Promo Code" or "Apply Coupon". Enter your code there and tap "Apply". The discount will be automatically calculated and reflected in your total. Some offers are auto-applied based on your order value or loyalty status. You can only use one promo code per transaction.
?Why isn't my promo code working?
Promo codes may not work for several reasons: the code has expired, you haven't met the minimum order value, the code is valid only for specific outlets or items, it's a first-time user offer and you've ordered before, or you've already used it (most codes are single-use). Location & Outlets

?How do I find the nearest SOCIAL outlet?
Use the "Find Outlet" feature in the app. Enable location permissions, and the app will show you all nearby SOCIAL locations on an interactive map with distances. You can also search by city or area name. Each outlet listing shows opening hours, available services (dining, workspace, events), current offers, and contact details. Tap on any outlet for directions via your preferred maps app.
?Do all outlets offer the same services?
While all SOCIAL outlets share the same vibe and core menu, some services vary by location. Co-working spaces are available at select outlets. Event offerings depend on the venue's size and setup. Some outlets have special features like outdoor seating, private dining areas, or dedicated gaming zones. Check each outlet's profile in the app to see what's available at that specific location.
?What are the operating hours?
Operating hours vary by outlet and location. Most SOCIAL outlets are open from 11 AM to 1 AM daily, but this can differ based on local regulations and specific venue policies. Some outlets may have extended hours on weekends or special occasions. Always check the specific outlet's details in the app for accurate timing. Holiday hours may vary and will be announced in advance.

Refunds & Issues

?What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Your satisfaction is our priority! If there's any issue with your order (wrong items, quality concerns, missing items, or late delivery), please contact us immediately through the app's support chat or email hello@impresario.tech. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or credit to your account. Please include your order number and photos if applicable.
?How long do refunds take?
Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are processed to your original payment method. You can track refund status in "Order History" within the app. If you don't receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us with your order details.
?I was charged twice for my order. What should I do?
Duplicate charges are rare but can happen due to technical glitches. First, check if both charges have been fully processed (one might be a pending authorization that will drop off). If you've genuinely been charged twice, contact us immediately at hello@impresario.tech with your order number and transaction details. We'll investigate and process a refund for the duplicate charge within 24-48 hours.
